Rotoscoping is an animation technique that animates from live action footage, isn’t it?

ovo;; I’m only saying because I learned about rotoscoping last year in my classes, so when those two were put together in a post I assumed that was what they were doing.

Bullshit they don’t. The two creators have mentioned they rotoscoped actual fighting styles to get the motion of the benders properly. Especially for Fire and Earth benders.

So lately I’ve been wanting to find ways to keep Maxwells face….well, constant.

So I’ve been practicing with some facial consistency aaaaaand these are the results.

And tips to try and better what I currently have would be nice if anybody finds that they can! .D. I’m going pretty far with this, especially since Maxwell’s face is the most difficult for me to draw. So ways to improve it further would be very appreciated ovo!
